Each dedicated member of the Academy training staff is an experienced practitioner, many of whom have graduated from the Academy Program themselves.They experienced the full cycle from trainee to manager which allows them to provide you with technical expertise as well as valuable advice regarding commercial experience and potential opportunities.

FDM will provide real-time projects that have been built for our clients. You’ll have to apply and demonstrate your aptitude to fully design, develop and deploy a project from start to finish. FDM will also create interview scenarios, giving you an advantage over other IT Consultants.

Once you have completed the necessary level of training in-house with FDM you will be placed on site with one of our direct clients. During this time you will utilize your training in a real world environment enhancing your skills on site. You will be privileged to an opportunity like no other; free training whilst being paid and bolstering your resume all at the same time.

Applying to FDM Academy is simple and easy - How it works for graduates

You can apply on-line or attend Open Days which are listed on the website.

If selected, you begin the Unix Module at no cost to you. Once complete, FDM requests that you attend a 5-day SQL course in our DC or New York training centers. This is an instruction-led module with the final day being an assessment of your knowledge.

If you pass the assessment, FDM Group will present you with an offer to enroll in the FDM Program for 2 years. If you accept the offer, congratulations! You are officially an FDM Consultant.

During your training, you will travel to the UK for the extended training program – focusing on a specific training stream. A professional soft skills trainer will identify areas of improvement. Nowadays, soft skills are just as important as technical expertise!

Once you complete your project work - you can work for our clients and gain that vital commercial experience. This will be the beginning of your career, an important moment for both yourself and FDM.
