The FDM US ACADEMY IT Training Program

FDM Academy is our unique fast-track training and employment program that leads to an IT career as one of FDM’s "Mountie" IT Consultants. We select future "Mounties" from hundreds of applicants, who must demonstrate prior IT knowledge and a strong capacity to learn. FDM Group offers two programs: the Graduate scheme and Internship options. The training on both programs could last between 1 - 6 months and are designed to give you the practical skills and certification required by our clients. You will then progress to a position as one of our IT Consultants, gaining essential commercial experience with high profile clients while working for FDM for two years.

Importantly, the training does not stop after you have graduated, in addition to receiving constant support, you have the opportunity to extend your skill set and gain further industry accreditations. After your two years as a "Mountie" at FDM, you may be offered a position as one of our highly exclusive Global Services Technical Consultants
