Your IT Career Path

FDM’s Academy Program enables fast-track career progression into the IT industry through technical and professional skills development combined with commercial experience. Our specialized training streams take approximately twelve weeks to complete, followed by the opportunity to gain industry recognized certifications. Once your intensive training is completed, you will begin an exciting journey as an FDM IT Consultant, working with some of the world’s most prestigious organizations.

Training is full time, in-house and milestone orientated. You will be in a business environment working closely with other like-minded individuals, and will benefit from the on-going support of FDM’s experienced trainers.

Entry Assessments

Everyone joining FDM is required to attend an assessment and interview session first. We hold group assessment sessions and one-to-one interviews at our Wall Street office every week. These sessions are designed to find out whether you are suitable for the FDM Academy Program and ultimately, a career as an IT Consultant.

Before applying to FDM Academy, it is best to have an idea of which route you would like to take, because this will determine your career over at least the next two years. Nevertheless, upon completion of your assessment, we will discuss and recommend the training stream that will best suit your talents and IT career aspirations.
