The FDM Academy has been the launch pad for well over 1,500 people who have built rewarding careers in IT following their training and employment as an FDM Mountie. It’s an exhilarating journey and is a life-changing experience for all sorts of people, from recent graduates, to IT professionals looking to update their skillset, to people who discover their real direction in life after years in the wrong job.
Most of our FDM Mounties enjoy their initial two years with us and then step out on their own. Others stay with us for many years; the average salary for a Mountie after four years with us is £60,000 – so you can see why.
