FDM Academy’s award-winning free training is designed to prepare you for life in demanding IT roles. As well as giving you the technical know-how, knowledge and skills, FDM also trains you in work strategies, providing the soft skills you will need to manage your work life professionally.

You will typically graduate as an FDM Mountie within three months, having achieved industry recognised standards in your chosen stream. Now you are ready to be part of FDM as a paid IT technical consultant and you’re on your way!
Before your training begins
To join the Academy, you must first pass our SQL Assessment. This e-module, designed to be completed at home in four weeks, will get you up to speed with Oracle SQL, the language used to extract and update information on databases.
Having passed your SQL Assessment at one of our four-day Assessment Seminars, the correct IT training stream will be identified that best suits your talents and IT graduate career aspirations.
