Award-winning development programme

FDM’s Academy Programme enables fast-track career progression into the IT industry, through technical and professional skills development combined with commercial experience. Our specialised training streams take approximately twelve weeks to complete, followed by the opportunity to gain industry recognised certifications. All candidates will embark on the Academy Programme and selected candidates will be given the opportunity to undertake the Master Class Programme.

The programme is designed to equip you with specialist expertise, soft skills and business awareness, crucial for the success of your IT career.

Training is full time, in-house and milestone orientated. You will be in a business environment working closely with other like-minded individuals, and will benefit from the on-going support of FDM’s experienced trainers.

Entry Assessments

Everyone joining FDM has to attend an assessment and interview session first. We hold group assessment sessions and one-to-one interviews in London, Brighton, Manchester and mainland Europe every week. These sessions are designed to find out whether you are suitable for the FDM Academy Programme and ultimately, a career as an IT Consultant.

The Right Training Stream

Before applying to FDM Academy, it is best to have an idea of which route you would like to take, as this will determine the programme structure of the next two years. However, upon completion of your Assessment, we will discuss and recommend the training stream that will best suit your talents and IT career aspirations.
