Technical Seminars

If you’ve passed the Assessment Session, you’ll be invited to a two and a half day Technical Seminar in one of our training centres in London, Brighton, Manchester or mainland Europe. Successful candidates will be instantly invited to join the Master Class Programme.

Seminar Format

The Technical Seminar is both challenging and interactive, giving you a platform to showcase your potential. We will assess not only your technical capabilities, but also how you interact in a team environment and how you communicate with others.

The day will consist of a technical assignment, where you are able to choose from using C++, Java, .Net or UNIX, to complete the given brief. You will also be required to do a 5-minute presentation on a technical subject of your choice; many people discuss topics or assignments they learnt about in university, whereas some use a project they have covered in the workplace. Split into groups, you will then work on a team exercise, before your technical, HR and sales interviews.
