Assessment and Interviews

You’re on your way

We hold regular assessment sessions in London, Brighton, Manchester and mainland Europe for applicants who have passed the initial telephone screening. These sessions are designed to find out whether you are suitable for the FDM Master Class Programme and ultimately, a career as an IT Consultant.

Assessment Sessions

One of our Academy Representatives will begin by giving a presentation about FDM and the Master Class Programme. This will give you a good idea of whether the programme is suitable for you, and you will get an opportunity to participate in a question and answer session.

This will be followed by a short logic test and a one-on-one interview, which will give you the chance to explain why you believe you are suited to a career in IT, and demonstrate your strengths. We will be looking for candidates who have strong communication, team-working and interpersonal skills as well as a dedicated work ethic. Most importantly, successful candidates will be ambitious, determined and able to adapt to any working environment.

The assessments take place in our London, Manchester or Brighton offices, which will enable you to view the technical training centre, and the facilities that are available to successful candidates.

Sessions start promptly so please be punctual. We cannot cater for late attendees. If you can’t make your booked session, please let us know via phone or email at least 24 hours beforehand. FDM is under no obligation to reschedule any cancellations. Candidates are also expected to wear smart attire at all times.
