There are many dedicated people who make FDM an outstanding career entry for aspiring IT Consultants. Here are a few that you might meet if you join us:

	Catherine Cheek Recruitment Operations Manager Catherine is responsible for all Academy recruitment worldwide. From interviews and assessment sessions through to aptitude tests and suitability, Catherine will ensure that only the most appropriate applicants join the FDM Academy Programme.
	Lee Ballancore Academy Global Training Manager Lee came through the Academy Programme himself in 2001 and worked on many client sites, including Universal Studios. He manages the trainers and ensures all our training material is up-to-date. Lee’s technical strengths lie in the following technologies: Java, Java Frameworks, SQL and Unix shell scripting.
	Madeleine Field Recruitment Events Manager Madeleine is responsible for the academy events team, based in London. As well as overlooking university events worldwide, Madeleine organises all corporate academy presentations, workshops, seminars and graduate fairs.
	Jon Taplin Global Services Manager and Head of Project Management Jon joined FDM in 1997 as the UK’s Training Manager, tasked with the re-organisation of our training operation. On completion, Jon moved on to develop and manage the Global Services division, where he also currently oversees the Project Management service both internally and externally.
	Henry Duddy Head of Development Having undertaken the Academy Programme himself, Henry has an excellent understanding of the academy and the course content. Henry currently manages FDM’s Development service and is certified in industry best practices and standards, such as Prince2, ITIL, ISEB and IAQ (now known as IOC).
	Alistair Rutherford Head of Application Support Alistair is also a former FDM Consultant who went through the Academy programme. Currently, he manages the Application Support service, with the responsibility of maintaining successful engagements between FDM and its clients. He now focuses on delivering Application Support services to clients and is responsible for over 195 IT Consultants globally.
	Angus Malcolm Head of Infrastructure Having worked in the IT arena for numerous household brands, Angus has over a decade of expertise within IT. He holds a BA (Hons) in Computing & Information Systems and is an MCSE 2003 with Messaging Specialisation. Angus currently manages the Infrastructure service and is responsible for building/growing this offering.
	Andy King Head of Testing Andy has over 20 years of experience in both Finance and IT. He is responsible for managing and delivering our Testing service worldwide. Andy has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to FDM. He was awarded ‘Global Services Manager of the Year’ for demonstrating true excellence throughout 2008.
