Milestones

2010 – FDM launches the new Project Management Office (PMO) training stream, as well as becoming a private limited company (following successful completion of the MBO). Additionally, FDM secured 74th place in The Sunday Times Buyout Track 100 league table

2009 – FDM wins ‘IT Training Department of the Year’ at the IITT awards, ‘Best Place to Work’ at the BAHBAs and ‘International Business of the Year’ at the SBAs. FDM Academy also launches the Infrastructure Training Stream

2008 – FDM Group Inc moves from Washington to New York and a new office opens in Zurich

2007 – New Testing stream is introduced to the Academy

2006 – Major Academy expansion programme begins

2005 – FDM successfully floats on AiM (Alternative Investment Market) of the London Stock Exchange

2004 – New .NET training stream is launched

2000 – FDM Academy operates new training platform in Java

1999 – Award-winning e-learning platform is built (Campus)

1998 - FDI becomes FDM Group and new offices open in Washington DC, Luxembourg & Frankfurt

1995 - FDI acquires Mountfield Software

1991 - FDI is formed
