Which IT training is right for you?

Leaping into IT from another work background, or updating your IT skills is not always easy - but FDM may be able to make it happen for you.

FDM employs people from differing backgrounds, helping them to build careers in IT. You may never have been to university and are seeking a new career. Or perhaps you have worked in IT and have experience in legacy technologies and need to retrain to update your skills. Perhaps you are working a lot with IT in your current job and wish to pursue it more as a career. Or maybe it has been a hobby and you are self-taught in basic programming, web or application building.

We are willing to consider applicants from all walks of life. As long as you are able to demonstrate an interest in technology and a willingness to learn, then we may have a training programme that will suit you.

Andrew had never been to university and was working in construction before he decided he wanted a career in IT. He is now working for FDM at UBS. This is his story:
