This award acknowledges the exceptional work by an international FDM Consultant whose consistent hard work and dedication to the job is an invaluable advertisement for the high quality of the FDM Academy Programme.
Jason’s manager originally nominated him for the Consultant of the Month award and said, “Jason’s performance has given me the confidence to assign more tasks to him, thus taking off some of the work load otherwise assigned to more experienced and already occupied team members. His contribution is crucial for us to deliver high quality deliverables against a very tight timeline.
“Jason frequently takes ownership of initiatives to add value. He can work on his own with little instruction and produce high quality and creative deliverables. He can be depended upon and high expectation is placed on him to exceed. Recognition should be given to him to acknowledge the contribution he has made and to encourage more of it.”
