It has just been announced that FDM Group has received an award for “Top Employer of the Year 2011” by the German job review website www.jobvoting.de
Following a year of phenomenal success for FDM Deutschland, which opened its Frankfurt Academy at the end of 2010, the firm has received this credible award due to the feedback received from its employees.
At the start of the year the firm was honoured by the former Chancellor of Germany, Gerard Shröder himself at the Europe’s 500 annual European Growth Summit.
The international IT services provider was awarded with the title of the ‘11th Fastest Growing Company in Europe’ to recognise its achievements in generating sustainable growth and jobs in Europe.
The company also received praise from its employees in the UK in September 2011 and ranked in 9th position of TheJobCrowd’s Top 50 Companies For Graduates To Work For.
FDM was positioned above internationally recognised companies such as Unilever, L’Oreal and IBM in the table of 50 employers whilst the ‘Company Culture’ category gave the graduate recruiter the joint highest score of 9.8/10.
The firm has recruited over 40 IT Consultants in Germany so far and looks forward to welcoming many more German graduates on board next year.
