Congratulations to Salem Miah on winning the FDM Consultant of the Year 2011. This award recognises exceptional work by an FDM Consultant who consistently goes above and beyond the job role to provide an excellent service to our clients.
In recognition of his award, Salem said, “Receiving this award has really been the perfect start to 2012. I am extremely pleased that my efforts have been recognised by both FDM and UBS. This makes me feel like a valued team member.
“FDM’s ‘Consultant-of-the Month’ scheme has really motivated me. The award has shown FDM’s commitment to their consultants and has made me feel a real sense of self-fulfilment for this achievement.”
Salem’s manager at UBS originally nominated him for Consultant of the Month and said, “Salem was placed in a demanding role with a high level of management responsibility. This required a mature and confident approach to work and the ability to manage senior team members and conflicting time demands.
“He picked up new tasks very quickly and took time to understand anything that was new to him. He was extremely professional in everything he undertook. He has set a very high benchmark for any consultant that follows him.”
