Think about what you would like us to know about you and the things that would make you suitable for a career in IT. Write them down and make sure you get them across in your interview.
What are we looking for?
To be successful, you will need to be able show evidence of desirable competencies such as initiative and leadership, alongside other technical competencies, experience and enthusiasm to suit the training role for which you are applying.
The questions asked are designed to test specific attributes and skills, which is why it is wise to prepare for these in advance. Even if you dont know the specific questions, you can carry out prior research on FDM and the training provided.
Were used to seeing people who have not had lots of interviews, so dont fret we will help you over those nerves. That said, making a good first impression is crucial and your appearance will contribute to this, so make sure you wear smart attire and turn up on time!
