Whether you’re an IT graduate, someone seeking to move into IT from another discipline or an experienced employee looking for a career change, FDM could be your route to a lucrative career in IT.
We typically employ around 300 trainees each year. We’ll train you in relevant skills over a period of up to three months. We then provide you with work in real jobs in IT Development, Application Support or Testing within great companies, for at least the next two years.
Our graduates are called Mounties - and they have a fantastic reputation in the IT industry, partly because we provide first class training and partly because we only take on people who we know have the potential to become excellent IT consultants. If you have a genuine interest in technology, an inquisitive mind, a flexible approach, the ability to build relationships and function well as part of a team, then you may have the qualities we’re looking for.
